Strategically located on a 62-acre site on the Texas Gulf Coast, our facility is connected to established infrastructure and transportation facilities, including pipeline connections to adjacent customers, port access with dedicated methanol and ammonia import and export jetties and truck loading facilities for methanol and ammonia. We own a 15-acre tract of land adjacent to our facility that provides us access to an ammonia pipeline and the flexibility to install an ammonia railcar loading facility. Access to these key facilities provides flexibility in delivery that is tailored to meet our customers' needs.
We have two ammonia tanks with a combined storage capacity of 33,000 metric tons and two methanol tanks with a combined storage capacity of 42,000 metric tons. Our geographic location, production plant, and distribution and storage facilities allow us to competitively and efficiently provide our customers with both products.
